Ingredients

250 gram methidana ( (fenugreek seeds)
200 gram dried raw mango pieces (amchur)
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon white salt
1 teaspoon black salt
2 teaspoon sugar or jaggery
1 teaspoon red pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaapoon fennel seeds
4 to 5 green chillies
Directions
Soak fenugreek seeds for 4 hours
Now boi it for 8 minutes on slow flame adding 1 glass water
Sieve it to remove water
Now put a pan on flame
Heat oil
Add fennel seeds and turmeric powder
Add 1 glass of water
Add fenugreek seeds ,green chillies and dry mango slices
Add salt and all spices
Cook for 10 minutes on slow flame
Add sugar or jaggery
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes more
Turn off the flame
Let it cool down
Keep in a jar and eat whenever want within a month
