Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 250 gram methidana ( (fenugreek seeds)


  • 200 gram dried raw mango pieces (amchur)


  • 2 tablespoons oil


  • 1 teaspoon white salt


  • 1 teaspoon black salt


  • 2 teaspoon sugar or jaggery


  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 2 teaapoon fennel seeds


  • 4 to 5 green chillies

Directions

  • Soak fenugreek seeds for 4 hours
  • Now boi it for 8 minutes on slow flame adding 1 glass water
  • Sieve it to remove water
  • Now put a pan on flame
  • Heat oil
  • Add fennel seeds and turmeric powder
  • Add 1 glass of water
  • Add fenugreek seeds ,green chillies and dry mango slices
  • Add salt and all spices
  • Cook for 10 minutes on slow flame
  • Add sugar or jaggery
  • Cook for 3 to 4 minutes more
  • Turn off the flame
  • Let it cool down
  • Keep in a jar and eat whenever want within a month
